Parachutist Photo Submission Form

You must have the photographer’s permission and provide his or her full name when submitting a photo (with the exception of submissions to Parachutist Around the World or Wings & Things—if unknown, please note "unknown")

With the exception of Parachutist Around the World or Wings & Things (if none, please note "none")

In the description, please include the following:

  • Names of the jumpers if there are seven or fewer jumpers in the photo (please designate order—e.g.: left to right, clockwise from left, etc.) We do not need the names of student skydivers if they are unknown.
  • Name of the drop zone, city and state (or country)
  • Any interesting information about the jump (father/son tandem, 1,000th jump, XYZ boogie, etc.)

Parachutist Around the World (USPA members reading Parachutist in front of a landmark or with a celebrity)

  • Please include full names of those pictured, designate order (left to right, etc.), provide license numbers of any USPA members and be sure to note the location.
  • Please submit only one photo from any given location.

Wings & Things (awards, badges, tenure certificates and lifetime membership photos)

  • Please provide name and license number of recipient and (if it is not obvious) designate which person the recipient is (third from left, etc.)

Editorial Use (all other photos)

By submitting materials--written, photographic or in any other medium--I acknowledge that I have read and am complying with USPA’s photographic and editorial guidelines above. I also acknowledge that I have not submitted these pictures to any other North American skydiving publication.
